Three units designed and built with flexible internal space for private sale on an existing business park in Chesham that is a reclaimed Brownfield development on a former glue factory site. The internal design allowed full height industrial space and loading access to the first floor, with open plan office and welfare space on the first floor.

Vibro compaction ground improvement with concrete pads with ground beams, gas membrane protection, steel frame, masonry clad with monocouche render, metal clad roof, fenestration curtain wall, reinforced and cast in-situ concrete floors.
